Anno 2070 Not Working
Anno 2070 - Deep Ocean is the first add-on for Anno 2070. It's the most extensive add-on ever made for an Anno game, including a new civilization level (the Geniuses) and the longest production chain in the history of Anno. I purchased and installed Anno 2070 from Steam. Steam is installed in clean Wine bottle and Wine is version 1.5.15 (CrossOver version is 12.1.0). Download and install Anno from Steam same way as you would do in Windows. When Anno is downloaded and installed go to your CrossOver gui, select tab Control Panel and open Wine Configuration.

Patch posted on media fire always directing to download from uplay. Fresh downloaded from uplay and leave the patch there. It did as it said.
No host file edit nor port setting required. Didn't work with Steam. Cheers everyone. Only sad part that i can't play with steamThanks for your update. Since my original post is so old it can happen that things change from time to time. Glad you got it worked out!
Anno 2070 Complete Edition Patch
Hello guys,I’ve been busy these days discovering the great features of Lutris.I also managed to install Uplay and I installed Anno 2070 as one of my games.Unfortunately, the only thing I’m seeing is that it’s installing DIrectX and afterwards the game starts and I can even hear the good ol’ Anno soundtrack, but there’s just the Anno cursor in front of a black screen.I already tried to disable D3D11 as this seems to be the solution for the steam variant, but I didn’t manage to do that (probably I was just to stupid).It’d be nice if someone could help me!Thanks in Advice!Cheers!
