The changes to rest, sleep, healing, food etc brings back some of the survival aspects of the game. You actually stop to eat and drink and stock up on supplies as its really easy to get dehydrated in a irradiated desert.
The changes to weight also made things a little more realistic. Overall it's the only mod I'd label mist haveAs to all the other mods people have listed. Many are great but if this is your first time playing stick with mods that preserve the spirit of the game.

Copied 'Fallout4VR.exe' to 'Fallout4.exe' and 'Fallout4Launcher.exe' inside the Fallout 4 VR installation folder- I placed the 'fo4edit' directory inside the Fallout 4 VR installation folder so it will find the correct data folder instead of the non-VR Fallout4 one.- Installed Mod Manager and let it search for Fallout 4. It first found the non-VR Fallout 4 (that I have installed as well). When I pressed the 'cross' symbol it searched for another installation containing 'Fallout4.exe' and it found the Fallout 4 VR installation.I installed CBBE and Realistic Survival Damage. According to 'fo4edit' everything is fine and the game loads without issues.Update: Forgot a step- Add the following to the bottom of the 'Fallout4Custom.ini' file inside the 'My GamesFallout4VR' folder:ArchivebInvalidateOlderFiles=1sResourceDataDirsFinal=Update 2: And another step- Set up a custom launcher inside Nexus Mod Manager.
